There are three main reasons that I think I'm a great fit for this position at Blue Apron - the mission, the people, and the challenge.
First, the mission. As a logistics and operations fanatic, Blue Apron's mission of connecting people to healthy food (in optimized amounts) by reworking the grocery supply chain speaks to me.
I also think I'm a great fit with the team at Blue Apron. I'm passionate using technology and logistics to make lives better, and I want to add my skills to your world-class team.
Finally, I want to work at Blue Apron for the challenge. I know I have the operations and analytical skills to handle anything Blue Apron can throw at me, but I don't know what that might be in six months. Blue Apron is reworking core infrastructure that underlies the very food we eat, and it's moving real assets - the challenge of building and growing something that unique is something that I can't pass up.
